We offer two levels of service:
For $600 we give you 1 good cell to replace the defective cell in your pack which is causing the red triangle. We offer a 3 month/unlimited miles warranty.
For the second level of service, we offer a completely balanced pack with fully replaced cells and a 6 months unlimited miles warranty.

This is the best analogy I can provide customers:
Imagine you have a car and the 4 tires are worn. You keep driving until 1 tire pops. We can replace that one with a brand new tire but the remaining 3 tires still have low tread. Sure it is cheaper to replace just the 1 blown tire. But eventually you will need 3 new tires.
Your battery has 28 cells, over time they all wear down and lose capacity. Eventually 1 cell gets low enough to trip the error code. Most people replace that 1 cell. But the remaining 27 are still low. What we offer is 28 new cells for $1250 which is unheard of in the industry. This allows us to provide the 6 months unlimited miles warranty.
